We can import any data you have about the properties or users to help you get started. Please send us the information in a spreadsheet or CSV format.

To get started you will need key fobs, ID cards and a scanner or reader. We can help you set all of this up to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Yes, all of the information entered on the database is safe. The data is held in our SQL database and backed up at a data centre for disaster recovery.

There is no limit to the number of properties or key handlers you can add to the system.

Yes, different levels of permissions can be set. There are 3 levels of permissions office administrator, key handler and key controller. An office administrator is able to add properties, key handlers and users.

The cost of Keyzapp depends on the number of properties your business needs to manage. We have broken down the costs for you to see which option is best for you. View our pricing page.

No software is required to be installed on your machine, since access is available via a web browser. If you want to use our optional scanners on your PC, then you will need our Keyzapp Companion app, to ensure you have a completely seamless experience. We can guide you through this simple setup process or co-ordinate with your IT department as required.
